What do you like best about Appraisd?

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate the admin function in Appraisd. It helps me significantly enhance support for our customers. The platform also provides excellent notifications, reminding me of ongoing reviews. Additionally, it’s great for tracking and logging completed work, uploads, and actions, which helps in meeting targets. What do you like best about Appraisd?

The stand out thing for Appraisd is the customer service. It is all about trust. You feel immediately that you can trust the customer service managers and they will help you in any way shape or form as quickly as possible. I have not been using the system long, and I don't need to because it is so simple but effective. This is great because it makes it easier to implement if I were to do so. What do you dislike about Appraisd?

The only thing I would say is that it just helps one area of HR. Don't get me wrong, it is the most important area of HR, talent management has a huge nock on effect with everything we do in HR. However, if they were to implement an area for annual leave sign off and submission or HR policy documents sign off, it would be incredibly successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appraisd?

The intuitive nature of the system and the 'in the moment' support I get from our wonderful customer success manager, Emily and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appraisd?

Not quite using it yet but about to Go Live soon. I like that our performance management process will all be in one central location. Hopefully making the continuous discussion around performance mangement a more enjoyable experience.

What do you like best about Appraisd?

I would say from using Appraisd over the last 2 years the best thing is how user friendly the system is, the reporting function is also great for businesses to give an oversight of the wider picture and they have recently introduced an intergration with many HRIS systems making sure there is less manual processes in place. What do you like best about Appraisd?

The paper-based appraisal, check-in, feedback, probation and review process can be forgotten about, Appraisd does away with all of that and allows for an easy-to-use system. We introduced Appraisd to the team a year ago and have utilized and refined the process to ensure that wellbeing check-ins and quarterly reviews are completed and done on time. The reviews also provide us with enough information to relay to the leadership team from the reports that can be run on a monthly basis.

Roaslind our account manager has been excellent at helping me understand the system and is always there to suggest changes or support my queries quickly as and when they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appraisd?

Nothing major - the system is user-friendly but user error often means that I have one or two queries for Rosalind to answer. She is always patient and informative and helps me with any problems that I may be experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
