Appozy Reviews & Product Details

Appozy is an Australian-built online appointment scheduling platform, designed and supported in Leeton, NSW by Hoffstee. Founded in 2025, Appozy serves Australian small businesses consultants, coaches, allied health professionals, tutors, and service providers with software that defaults to AEST time zones, AUD pricing, and the workflow features local businesses actually need. Key features include two-way Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 sync, AUD-native Stripe subscriptions, RRULE-based recurring bookings and group sessions, real-time WebSocket notifications, Web Push alerts, two-factor authentication, an AI Email Composer for drafting customer replies, AI-assisted Session Notes (SOAP / coaching / summary formats), a published Chrome extension, and an embeddable HTML widget that works on any website. Appozy eliminates the "what time suits you?" email chain that costs service businesses hours every week. With a free forever plan and paid tiers from AUD $10/month, it's the practical choice for Australian small businesses tired of paying USD prices for tools that don't understand how they actually run.
