Their tools are easy to use and easy to implement into the existing automation flow. The best thing about Applitools is that they are here to help You - not just sell You a product or upsell You or whatever. Everything they do is with the customer (being You) in mind - and help You in any way possible to achieve your testing needs. **What do you dislike about Applitools?** It's really hard to point out some negatives but I'd mention two. The site can sometimes be a bit sluggish, especially on a slower connection and/or a slower computer. But that's rarely an issue. Also, maintenance can take some time until you get into the flow. **What problems is Applitools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're developing a desktop application based on CEF - thus it's possible to use it akin to a browser - which also allows us to easily implement Applitools. Given that the application is quite big and a lot of components are shared, sometimes it's hard to test everything manually when changes are made - especially those that were made by accident. The majority of the work was very straightforward and required little more than than the read me that comes with the package.
