"EPIC is a 20 year leap backwards from TAM online."

What do you like best about Applied Epic?

Absolutely nothing, this product is a joke, it is antiquated in comparison to the TAM Online product. This move is clearly a money grab for training dollars or other savings.

This is not an improvement for your customers at all.

EPIC is a complete joke, everything is worse, less efficient.

Training was no existent, ever after being charged $14,000 for it.

If one more EPIC employee says we will get use to it I will lose my mind. I have used TAM for over 30 years. Fully understand what works and doesn't work for agency management. EPIC is decades behind TAM online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Virtually everything, can't list any think we like. I will actively seek to tell every agency owner I know, a lot of them, to avoid EPIC at any and all cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
