Absolutely nothing, this product is a joke, it is antiquated in comparison to the TAM Online product. This move is clearly a money grab for training dollars or other savings. This is not an improvement for your customers at all. EPIC is a complete joke, everything is worse, less efficient. Training was no existent, ever after being charged $14,000 for it. If one more EPIC employee says we will get use to it I will lose my mind. I have used TAM for over 30 years. Fully understand what works and doesn't work for agency management.
