I’ve never felt stranded with an issue, and the team supported us through onboarding and everyday processes. The Realm-X flows run in the background, and the showing and scheduling tools give our leasing teams more time for tours, move-ins, and other day-to-day work. I also like that applications can be screened and processed in one platform, with fraud detection that flags document concerns and helps us feel confident about applicants. The integrations have been a big help too: our locker, flexible payment, utility, and Butterfly MX tools update without our teams having to manage everything manually, and Opinion helps us understand residents’ issues and reviews. I really like how AppFolio Investment Manager makes it easy to share all data with our investors, all through one portal. It's super convenient for our investors to access too. They can see up-to-date performance of properties and get updates on a quarterly basis. The portal allows our investors to log in, access their information, and easily input private details like Social Security numbers and banking routing information. Customer Support is not great. When there is an issue it typically takes a long time to resolve and doesn't always get me to a better solution. More timely resolution of issue. I use AppFolio Investment Manager primarily for reporting and accessing investor distributions. I like how it helps to streamline and access historical investor distributions. The deal pipeline is helpful for keeping track of potential investments, and I appreciate the streamlined ease of use for fundraising. The contact details feature makes it easier to contact investors, and I like that it shows how many people have read the email. I particularly like the dashboard and the notes section. The dashboard helps me see a bigger snapshot of the company, and the notes section is helpful because it keeps track of conversations with specific people, so I can prepare accordingly in the future. The distributions can be improved by adding a few more filters or columns such as property names along with LLC names. I think a distribution dashboard will be nice, for instance, I should be able to select a property and it shows a graph or something for historical distributions and maybe what was the percentage of distribution was made in comparison to their investment in the deal.
