**What do you like best about Appficiency?**

They have a lot more availability to help with issues that arise and questions that need to be answered than typical native support.

**What do you dislike about Appficiency?**

Follow through on tickets and understanding the tasks being asked of them required the same conversation multiple times.  
Initial set up could have been more a lot more helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Appficiency:**

HIre or have someone internally that has knowledge of the system to manage ongoing relationship.

**What problems is Appficiency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are not using Appficiency to solve any problems. However, they are regularly available and eager to help with any and all questions. We've had them look at Rev Rec and integration pieces along the way for more in depth discussions about system functionality.
