**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

userfriendliness could be a little better

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are changing the app to make it easier to use and wil add data analyses

  ### 32. Apostle is the ideal tool for our Ambassador program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Packaging and Containers | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

The system is intuitive to use. The possibility to create versions of a post with the help of AI is perfect for us.
Our Ambassadors also like the tool and find it easy to use. In case I need help from Apostle, it's easy to get in touch and an answer shortly.
Adding new ambassadors and implementing it is also very easy and quick done.
We create multiple posts each week for our ambassadors with Apostle

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

I'd love to see the option to choose how many points ambassadors get for specific activities (e.g. sending input depending on how valuable the input acutally is).
And it would be great if we could change the pre-set average number of connections. Currently this number is set to 750 connections by Apostle which is not the number that our ambassadors really have. Therefore the reach is always incorrect for us.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to create posts that our ambassadors can easily share on their accounts.

**Official Response from Mick Van Teeffelen:**

> Nowadays, we can measure true reach thanks to the upgrade of the LinkedIn API. This makes it possible to view Earned Media value.

Team Apostle

  ### 33. Easy and effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heleen H. | Online marketeer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Apostle is a brand ambassador tool we have used for a number of years now. It is easy to use, the helpdesk replies super fast and the data insights are valuable.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

Nothing. We are very content using it with many collegues.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool employers can easily contribute to our online presence and we can all share what we find relevant on our social media accounts. Thereby branding our own professional skills as well.

  ### 34. Apostle Partnership

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizette O. | Content creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

What I like best about Apostle is its efficiency and time-saving capabilities. It's easy to create, schedule, and generate AI-driven variations of posts in advance. It streamlines my content creation process. It allows me to focus on creativity and strategy while Apostle handles the time consuming planning tasks.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

How I use Apostle is for managing multiple client accounts. Keeping track of which posts are proposed to whom and ensuring that all clients' company pages are properly linked requires attention. While this isn't a major 'dislike', it's something to be aware of. Fortunately, the Apostle developpmentteam are always available as tourbleshooters.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Apostle for a variety of purposes, including creating and scheduling social media posts for multiple clients. It helps me streamline content planning, ensure consistency across different platforms, and leverage AI to generate variations of posts. This enhances my productivity and allows me to deliver tailored content for each client efficiently.

  ### 35. Easy way to increase social media reach and awareness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Suggesting and receiving 'social media posts' for sharing works great. Also the website and app are easy to implement and use. The times we had a question, we quickly received helpful support.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

When starting to use Apostle, there are a lot of video's and tutorials recommended to watch. I can imagine these are great for beginners, but for more experienced 'social media users' these could be unnecessary.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching a bigger network for our social media posts. And receiving suggestions for social media posts in an organized way.

  ### 36. Apostle helps us support our retailers in a pleasant and user-friendly way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marijke v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Apostle works quite intuitively. You can easily find your way around and the support is quick and helpful. It's also easy for the ambassadors - in our case, retailers - to install and use Apostle. Moreover, it is continuously being developed further and new features are being added.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

The only downside for us is that there are now new interesting features being added, which involve additional monthly costs that we have not budgeted for.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We help our dealers by regularly offering content. It is a win-win situation; on one hand, it saves the dealer work, and on the other hand, we ensure that our brand and products regularly come to the attention of a broader audience than just our own followers.

  ### 37. We are satisfied with Apostle.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wouter v. | Marketeer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

I find it easy to use Apostle. Going through the steps is manageable and proposing messages goes smoothly as a result. Adding users is also simple. We need to do more with it ourselves in terms of groups, but this is planned.

I am also very pleased with the fact that you can address entrepreneurs on reconnecting and using Apostle.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

I find the data not relevant for us (how often users share, for example). Additionally, I just had a WhatsApp integration conversation, and I find it quite expensive at the moment (I understand that it can't be otherwise at this time).

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily propose messages at once. Also enough responsibility for the entrepreneurs regarding acceptance.

  ### 38. Very happy with it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne J. | Corporate communicatieadviseur, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Apostle is very good at further developing. When I started with Apostle, I often found it quite difficult to work with, but now it is so user-friendly. The suggestion of multiple messages with options in images ensures that not all colleagues share the same message, posting is very accessible, and this is continuously optimized.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

Colleagues without an account cannot yet post messages that we suggest. To introduce them in an accessible way, this would be very useful!

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really wanted to leverage colleagues' networks to increase VORM's brand awareness. Additionally, we notice that posts through employees (personal) are better received than corporate messages. It has truly become an extension of VORM's corporate communication.

  ### 39. Innovation in Social Media

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

It has helped us refine our strategies and plan and manage our content more efficiently. The interface, both on desktop and in the app, is intuitive and easy to navigate. At the start-up, we were well guided by Juultje. She has always been able to answer all our questions promptly.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

One area for improvement could be the overviews of drafts and scheduled posts, which are sometimes a bit messy and obscure the overall view. The inspiration wall could also be streamlined to make its use more intuitive. Currently, RSS, hashtags, and incoming items are all mixed together.

Regarding text creation, we initially tried the AI tool but found it outdated and not very useful. Integration with ChatGPT would be desirable.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SRO tool has significantly improved our social media management and has enabled us to execute our strategies with more precision.

  ### 40. Well-functioning platform with fine service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joëlle D. | Freelancer Online Marketing & Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

The platform works optimally, customers are satisfied, and if you miss something or something doesn't go quite right, you are always helped incredibly quickly. The service they offer is very good! We use Apostle a lot and we really notice progress in engagement.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

Statistics could still be optimized a bit more so that we have an even better picture.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We encountered the problem that many of our dealers are not active on social media and find it too much work to constantly come up with new content about our brands. Apostle provides us with a very easy solution for this.

  ### 41. Growth on social media

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

Advantages:
Advanced scheduling and calendar view for a streamlined and efficient content strategy.
Strong internal collaboration tools that enhance social media efforts within the organization.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

Feature Overlap: If your organization uses multiple tools for social media management, there might be feature overlap that could make Apostle less essential.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of scheduling, publishing, and managing posts across various social media channels.

The act of gathering and sharing relevant content to increase audience engagement.

Monitoring performance and generating reports on social media activity and impact.

  ### 42. Supportive, warm and knowledgeable team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

The platform integrates many tools and features altogether, and it allowed us to grow our reach and audience on LinkedIn through our brand ambassadors in a very seamless and and organic way.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

We were not able to experiment and test out all the capabilities available at Apostle, given other of our priorities, needs and goals with external communications and marketing.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees in our company wanted to share and spread content about our company and products in their personal LinkedIn channels, but did not have the time or expertise to write posts down.
With the help of our internal teams experts in communication and marketing, our employtees are able to share it via Apostle.

  ### 43. Easy to use with great results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heleen v. | Online Marketeer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Easy for everyone to use. Constant improvement. Great support. And of course, great results on social media/LinkedIn. It is nice to be an ambassador for our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

I don't find the insights very insightful

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees share organisational news on their LinkedIn feed. This way we personally share company insights and news and not only do we brand ourselves and our profession by this, we also advocate for our company.

  ### 44. It is a nice tool for a larger organisation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anouk W. | Marketing Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

That you can easily make one post, with different variants for multiple people

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

That there a some bugs, with the app. therefore soms ambasadors stopped using it

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To easliy spread content for a wide group of colleagues, that they can post as if it's there own content. Normally they would just repost something the organization had posted.

**Official Response from Mick Van Teeffelen:**

> Hi Anouk,

The mobile app has recently been updated and meets the latest user-friendliness standards.

The Apostle team

  ### 45. Valuable addition for your social media

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

Apostle is a tool to make scheduling social media posts easy. The most valuable addition to this is that it is possible to offer the social post to employees of your organization for their own social media profiles. We notice an increase in reach that is harder to achieve with advertising. Also, the features to create variations for different platforms, add UTM tags to links, and the ability to tag pages from within the tool are very valuable. I use Apostle daily for our own social media and those of clients.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

There are sometimes some bugs, but after a report, they are resolved as quickly as possible. For example, the bug where pages were constantly being disconnected. I had intensive contact with Juultje and because of this, we found a solution. Very nice!

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering social posts to other people is easier, it saves a lot of emails.

  ### 46. Nice tool that takes us to the next level

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roxanne D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Apostle?**

The tool works well and is developing rapidly. Feedback is also picked up quickly and directly.

**What do you dislike about Apostle?**

In the beginning, there were some technical problems that we ran into. These are quickly and well resolved.

**What problems is Apostle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apostle helps us to increase our local brand awareness, by getting more colleagues involved in our social media channels.
