Who is Apostle pricing best suited for?

Apostle's pricing is best suited for mid-market organizations of 51–1,000 employees, who represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers and consistently report strong ROI from the Collaborate and Performance Driven tiers. Industries including financial services, accounting, marketing, consulting, and retail appear frequently across G2 reviews of Apostle, typically using it to activate employees as brand ambassadors on LinkedIn. The Performance Driven tier suits marketing and HR teams needing KPI dashboards and SSO. The Integrate tier targets enterprises with multi-region or dealer/partner networks — G2 enterprise reviewers in packaging, education, and financial services confirm this fit. Small businesses appear in reviews but may find Apostle's pricing of lower tiers a stretch relative to team size.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Apostle?

Apostle offers no free tier. The entry point is 'The Experiment,' a one-time €1,450.00 two-month full-access trial with no ongoing commitment, functioning as a structured evaluation before selecting a paid plan. Apostle's paid plans begin at €678.00/month with Collaborate, covering unlimited users, gamification, UTM tracking, and mobile sharing. The Performance Driven tier at €1,198.00/month adds SSO, advanced analytics, white-label options, and multi-layer governance. The Integrate tier, starting at €2,987.00/month, unlocks full API access, AI-suite content creation, PowerBI and HubSpot integrations, and multi-region governance — features G2 reviewers in larger organizations specifically highlight as differentiating Apostle's higher tiers.

Is Apostle considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly indicate Apostle delivers strong value, with one enterprise reviewer in financial services explicitly noting a 'much more reasonable price than some of the competitors' alongside a 5-star rating. The 4.5/5 average across predominantly mid-market reviewers reflects consistent satisfaction. Recurring praise centers on dedicated customer success managers, smooth onboarding, and measurable reach gains through employee networks — features reviewers treat as core justifications for the cost. One small business reviewer flagged that new features carry additional monthly costs not always budgeted for, a notable concern at lower tiers. Analytics depth is the most cited gap relative to price expectations across Apostle's pricing tiers.

What do you like best about Apostle?

I love Apostle for its ease of use, both for admins and ambassadors. The structured onboarding program with a dedicated contact really helps to get everyone active and maintain engagement. It's effective in solving our issues of getting colleagues involved on LinkedIn and expanding our organic reach through personal networks. We were able to set everything up fairly quickly; it only took a few minutes for ambassadors to get started. The platform allows us to make and schedule posts efficiently for our colleagues, which they can then share on their personal LinkedIn via email and the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
