Aportia is the platform where any company manages its entire cap table and corporate life. It keeps a live cap table where shares are the source of truth and percentages update automatically, alongside shareholder and team management, an investment round simulator with real-time dilution, convertibles (SAFEs and notes), share classes and a Legal Hub for documentation and equity certificates.
