Gone are my days of digging through e-mail to find important information. Everything is now centralized and I know I can trust the historical information that is kept safe within the platform. **What do you dislike about Sage Supply Chain Intelligence?** There can tend to be heavy e-mail notifications that push from Anvyl, which can sometimes be overwhelming. However, there are settings where you can adjust which e-mail notifications you and your suppliers receive to help with this. Once you figure out the flow and the best way to filter messages, it becomes a lot more manageable. **What problems is Sage Supply Chain Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anvyl is allowing us to manage our supply chain a lot more meticulously. Instead of digging through e-mail to determine if suppliers received/confirmed orders, and the confirmed delivery date, we can easily pop into the purchase order in Anvyl and find all relevant communication. It also allows us to track milestones which is extremely helpful in knowing when our orders will be arriving. With a supply chain that runs very lean, it is very important that we keep a close eye on any delays, and Anvyl allows us to have much better visibility into this. ### 4. Vendors are not really engaged in Anvyl, so the status update is a bit obsolete at time. Great product to improve operations / workflow for a cost-effective price. ANVYL's capabilities, back-end coding team, and high-touch customer support are the tops. Everything a procurement team can desire from A-Z in procurement. API capabilities. I was making POs in word. Converting to PDF. Tracking orders and pricing on an excel by supplier and widget. Then, would communicate everything via email. No receiving system set up. Had to manually confirm what arrived, back and forth with our production team, and verify the invoice to the PO, to what they received. Anvyl streamlines and automates all the work. From automatic check-ins, to in app supplier communication, to order progress tracking, to 3-way invoice matching capabilities. There's so much this product can do to free you up for more important tasks (like evaluating your suppliers). Did I mention that it does that for you too? The community created of ANVYL clients, the constant updating and improvement of the product, and ease of use really makes for a fantastic investment south of the pricepoint for your ERP needs. It's great for small companies looking for non-expensive ways to improve processes. It's also good if your ERP does bare-bones items and needs to be pushed to the next level of visibility. **What do you dislike about Sage Supply Chain Intelligence?** I don't like that they're pointing things out I didn't know that I needed. I want to be proactive, learn, and improve. I used to keep separate logs, notes, and spreadsheets to track conversations from text, email, and meeting agendas. From the placement of P.O. to receiving the product and final testing and documentation, I can find all of these data points in Anvyl. Everything was manually done with Google docs and excel sheets until we started using Anvyl. We have our vendors on board with accepting and updating the status of POs, which saved me so much time on emailing back and forth to confirm with vendors. Anvyl is very easy and straightforward to use, so even vendors abroad are easily convinced to agree and use the program. I also love how the Anvyl team is always available and eager to help whenever we have any questions. They also work very hard to listen to our feedback and improve the system. Since we started using Anvyl last year, it has become even more helpful with many different features (i.e. invoicing, tags, etc.). **What do you dislike about Sage Supply Chain Intelligence?** From what I understand, Anvyl is still a very new program and is constantly being improved. We have a very lean team and Anvyl has allowed us to maintain our size while still growing as a company. They consolidate all our vendors into one portal and connect them.
