What do you like best about Anuta ATOM?

One-stop solution for all network-infrastructure tasks. It immediately correlates any issue in the network infrastructure and takes swift action. Secondly, It can able to serve even during low-latency network connections. Last but not least is what we can easily integrate into ticketing tools like JIRA, SNOW, etc., Very helpful in the production support environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anuta ATOM?

I don't see any dislike and one point I want to quote here is to be a little expensive but worth investing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fantastic automation platform this is. I strongly recommend it if you want to feel the real network automation with a secure and auto-remediation facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anuta ATOM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we have to manually raise tickets if any networking issue arises. After the Anuta ATOM implementation, We can easily integrate this into any of SNOW and that automatically raises the ticket based on the issue. What do you like best about Anuta ATOM?

Network infrastructure is good for automation in this. Very easy to debug and troubleshooting. Feature of getting indepth analysis is good. Managing configuration is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anuta ATOM?

Training should be provided to use this particular software. Live support feature would be helpful while using this. Dashboard could be better on looking good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
