"Transformed Our Product Optimization with Clear Journeys, Smart Insights, and Seamless UX"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

Being able to see the exact customer journey specific users take on our app has completely transformed how we optimize our product. Visualizing these real-world flows gives us clear insights into user behavior, allowing us to proactively fix bugs, refine features, and launch impactful new capabilities.

The platform’s UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making complex funnel analysis feel effortless. Thanks to seamless integrations with our existing stack and reliable real-time performance, our team had zero friction getting up and running. The AI-driven intelligence automatically surfaces hidden friction points we might have otherwise missed, saving us tons of manual analysis time. Paired with a smooth onboarding process and top-tier customer support, the platform delivers massive ROI by directly helping us improve conversion and user retention. "Effortless Setup, Unmatched User Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I like that Amplitude Session Replay has an easy setup, taking under 30 minutes to install the SDKs. It's great that we can quickly see our users live on the application, which helps us move fast. I find the built-in Heatmaps really great for summarizing user interaction hours and showing where users are clicking. It's also convenient that all the tools are in one place, as we've been using Amplitude for product analytics and appreciate the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

The AI cannot assist with the heatmaps because it doesn’t have access to them. Unlike the heatmaps, the AI can see the charts and consistently provides excellent recommendations. If the AI analyst is integrated to effectively summarize session records as it does in the charts, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful AI Summaries and Live Events, with Solid Time Matching"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I really like the AI part of it. The AI summary is helpful, and I also like that it shows the events live while we’re watching the session replays. The time matching is good, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

Performance wise- when i pause replay and side event auto-scroll stops and does not resume need lot of manual resume work. The search box within the event list never worked for us. There need some work, as we prefer to search event name instead going through longer replays Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated Insights with AI-Driven Context"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I really appreciate that Amplitude Session Replay is integrated directly into the analytics platform, making it easy to segment session replays and get granular on the data, which isn't something I found in other tools like Hotjar. The AI agents built into the platform automatically surface insights, which is a huge win. It allows me to understand different user cohorts on our websites and their behaviors throughout various stages of the life cycle. Having everything contained within a single platform simplifies the analysis and makes it much deeper and easier. The initial setup was very straightforward, requiring just a few tweaks since Amplitude was already installed on our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

I think there's some things that could work better, like the overall usability and UX and UI of the feature itself. Sometimes it can be a little convoluted to try and get out what you actually want based on how the feature is set up with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and great valuable insights - a must have tool to ensure the bottlenecks are removed"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

It really helps to see which flow is working and which flow is having issues and is becoming a bottleneck. It was really easy to integrate to our system and we use it every day. This works really well as expected and the pricing is also great. The interface is easy to use and support team is also really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unveiling User Frictions with Amplitude Session Replay"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I think one thing that I like about Amplitude Session Replay is that I'm able to experience the flows on a live website from the users' lens. It's easy to access the testing environment, but on production, seeing exactly what the user sees after factoring in network latencies and the kind of browsers and OS they have, is the experience I want to get into. I basically get into the customer's shoes and try to access the portal. So I think that's where it helps me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

I think not all sessions are there on Amplitude. I don't know what the logic is for how Amplitude decides which session replay we should have. For example, I was trying to search for a specific user and couldn't get session replays for them. It would be great if we could input or prioritize which session replays should be there, like capturing specific flows for a certain period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Session Replay Insights at Scale supercharged with Amplitude's MCP"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I find Amplitude Session Replay very useful for spotting UI friction and issues users face in production. I like the MCP and AI summaries it offers, which aid in building automations that can derive insights at scale. The ease of the setup and the standard integration that includes session replays in the same bundle is a part I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

In some cases, I observed that Video Playback of Session Replay was not consistent. I also wish it was possible to get the same data from Amplitude on MCP which is used by their video player to build the replay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Session Replay with Helpful Event Logs for Faster Troubleshooting"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

I like how it lets me preview the session recording while also providing a side log of fired events and their timestamps. This is really helpful for analysis and for troubleshooting issues. The platform is responsive and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

Although the platform is generally responsive to use, I occasionally run into issues where the session replay gets stuck on the loading page for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amplitude Session Replays: Bridging the gap between data and user experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

Here in amplitude session replays we can visualize the analytics and data and interact with them, draw our findings and hunt bugs smoothly, it ensures privacy and safety by masking confidential contents, which is a key highlight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

After integrating the session replays in the App, no compose items are visible in the replays, and the complexity of integrating it with the latest platform updates. Customer support needs more focus in this case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Fast Performance, and AI Automation That Streamlines Our Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?

This software has significantly improved our workflow with its clean UI, fast performance, and powerful AI-driven automation. The integrations were easy to set up, saving our team hours each week by reducing manual tasks. The onboarding process was smooth, support has been responsive, and the overall ROI has been excellent compared to other platforms we’ve used. One unexpected benefit was how customizable the platform is, allowing us to adapt it to different operational needs without additional tools. Humans do love paying for five apps just to replace one spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?

The platform delivers strong functionality overall, but there are still areas that could be improved. The UI is clean, though some advanced settings feel buried and require too many clicks to access. Integrations work well once configured, but the onboarding documentation could be clearer for less technical teams. Performance is generally reliable, although larger workflows occasionally slow down during peak usage. The AI features are useful for automation and insights, but the responses can sometimes lack consistency and require manual review. Pricing offers decent ROI, though certain premium features feel locked behind higher tiers too early. Support has been responsive, but faster resolution times for technical issues would improve the experience further. Modern software: solving 90% of your problems while inventing three new dashboards nobody asked for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
