AMFG Pricing Overview

I have been using AMFG for about a year and a half across three different production facilities, and I can honestly say it has completely changed the way we manage production. The automation features are excellent, handling job scheduling, material allocation, and real-time production tracking, which has saved our team a significant amount of time. Additionally, the integrations with ERP and CAD systems enable us to oversee multiple workflows from a single platform, while the real-time monitoring across all our facilities provides us with full visibility into our operations. Occasionally, we encounter minor bugs, especially when customizing workflows or attempting to generate more complex reports. Some areas of the interface can be somewhat cumbersome, and onboarding new team members often takes longer than anticipated because of the limited in-app guidance and documentation. I believe that providing more detailed step-by-step instructions and improved workflow visualization would significantly enhance the overall user experience. The software’s ability to handle high-volume, serial production and ensure repeatability in part manufacturing. We can set production parameters and part specifications and maintain consistency across all our products.

The scheduling feature has also helped us gain full visibility over our manufacturing processes, allowing us to optimize machine usage and increase production capacity. I personally like the live machine monitoring feature as it provides me with valuable insights into operational success and allows us to make data-driven decisions.

The ordering portal is another major advantage. It streamlines the ordering process for our customers, making it much easier for them to place orders quickly, which helps us meet their growing expectations for fast delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of order-level pricing makes it challenging for us to manage pricing on a per-order basis. This is an important feature that we would benefit from in a high-volume production environment.
