"AMFG Streamlines Quotes, Scheduling, and Reporting for Faster, Fewer-Error Production"
4/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

As a Product Manager in the automotive industry, I’ve been using AMFG for about a year, and I really appreciate how it brings quotes, orders, and production schedules together in one place. Automating scheduling and job tracking has significantly reduced mistakes and saved us a lot of time. The reporting tools are also fantastic for monitoring timelines, costs, and overall efficiency, and the CAD integration helps cut down on those annoying manual handoffs. I also like that we can access everything remotely, so our team can update and track production wherever we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

One downside is that some of the dashboard filters aren’t as flexible as they could be, which can make it harder to quickly narrow down and find specific details. I’ve also noticed the system can lag during peak usage times. On top of that, the reporting and customization options feel somewhat limited and could benefit from a bit more variety. It’s also reduced miscommunication and gives us a clear, reliable view of how projects are progressing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

On the downside, I’ve found the customization options to be somewhat limited, and there can be a bit of performance lag when we’re dealing with larger orders. I also feel the reporting and analytics features could use improvement, especially to better track production efficiency and help identify bottlenecks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer Automation That Speeds Up Order Intake and Time-to-Market"
4/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

What really stands out to me is how well it automates repetitive manufacturing workflows. The ticket-to-quote-to-project process, along with the customer ordering portal, has been a game-changer for us—it noticeably speeds up order intake and helps us get to market faster. With digital workers handling the routine tasks, our team can stay focused on the higher-value work that truly matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

A few of the supplementary features feel a bit out of sync with the main workflow, particularly around part and item tracking, which can be confusing at times. In addition, setup, ongoing maintenance, and onboarding new users can be quite time-consuming and take a significant amount of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Tracking and Clear Reporting Keep Our Production Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

What I appreciate most is its ability to provide real-time tracking of parts and jobs, streamline workflow management, and strengthen collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors. The reporting is clear, and the visibility into production progress and costs keeps our team aligned, helping us make quick, well-informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

Setting up and integrating the machines can be a bit tricky and time-consuming. At times, small misconfigurations are difficult to track down and troubleshoot. I’d really appreciate more guided tutorials for onboarding new team members, or a simpler setup wizard to make the initial configuration smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Hybrid Manufacturing with Outstanding Workflow Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

What I value most is the seamless integration of hybrid manufacturing processes, combining CNC machining and additive manufacturing within a single platform. The capability to set exact production parameters ensures that our prosthetic parts consistently achieve the high-quality standards we aim for. Additionally, AMFG provides complete traceability, clear workflow visibility, and effective cross-department coordination, all of which significantly reduce errors and enhance our overall efficiency. What do you dislike about AMFG?

I find the email and PDF editor somewhat clunky and wish there were more customization options available. Additionally, managing sales tax for the US and Canada tends to be a hassle and would benefit from improved integration. The setup and onboarding process is also quite time-consuming, and new users often encounter a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AMFG Streamlines Operations and Enhances Workflow Transparency"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

As the Vice President of Operations in the medical industry in Poland, I have been using AMFG for a year. What I value most is how the platform keeps everything organized and secure. It excels at managing complex parts that require strict quality control, efficiently tracking post-processing jobs, and handling reprints. This has significantly reduced errors and saved us considerable time. Additionally, its integration with our machines and the transparency it fosters between departments have greatly streamlined our workflows and improved communication. What do you dislike about AMFG?

Setting up the system can be somewhat frustrating, as it requires navigating through several steps on different pages. This process may feel confusing and take up quite a bit of time, especially for those who are new to it. Additionally, I believe the operator interface could be improved. For example, including a 'do today' view would make it easier to prioritize daily tasks and manage them more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Traceability and Workflow Efficiency for Production Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

As a Procurement Manager in the production industry, I have been using AMFG for two years in the USA. What I value most is its thorough traceability of production processes, which greatly assists us in maintaining compliance with industry standards. The platform integrates seamlessly with our 3D scanners and other equipment, significantly improving our workflow efficiency. Additionally, it promotes transparency between departments, which strengthens communication and alignment. The analytics feature truly stands out, enabling us to reduce errors, optimize production, and shorten lead times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

One aspect that could be enhanced is the operator interface, as it presently shows only overdue tasks and shipping times. Introducing a 'to-do today' view would greatly assist in prioritizing daily responsibilities. Additionally, the setup and onboarding process can be somewhat challenging for new users, as there is certainly a learning curve involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Monitoring and Analytics Elevate 3D Printing Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

I have been using AMFG for roughly a year and a half in the USA, where I serve as the Head of Supply Chain Operations within the production industry. What stands out to me most is the real-time monitoring feature for 3D printing workflows, which enables us to make swift, data-driven decisions. The platform ensures consistent production quality from batch to batch and provides robust analytics that help us optimize our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

One aspect where AMFG has room for improvement is change management. Currently, there is limited control when it comes to modifying active print jobs, and making real-time changes or dynamic edits to workflows could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Automation and Real-Time Tracking Transform Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

After nine months of using AMFG in the Energy sector in Germany, the most impressive aspect for me has been its automation of scheduling and real-time job tracking. The platform consolidates all our production data—such as quotes, orders, and schedules—into a single, organized system. I find the quoting tool highly accurate, the dashboard intuitive, and the integration with our accounting software has significantly accelerated invoicing while reducing errors. Having real-time insight into all ongoing jobs enables us to react swiftly to any potential delays and ensures that our internal communication remains efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

The biggest downside is the lack of a fully functional mobile app. Although the desktop version operates smoothly, having comprehensive mobile access would make it much easier for supervisors and technicians to monitor jobs or update workflows while away from their desks. Additionally, more dashboard customization options would be very helpful for adapting views to suit the needs of different team roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Production Data and Intuitive Interface Streamline Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about AMFG?

I have been using AMFG for a year in Germany, working within the Industrial Goods sector. My main responsibilities involve managing order processing, overseeing production scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between production, sales, and logistics teams. What impresses me most about AMFG is its ability to centralize all production data, providing clear visibility across various departments. The reporting tools are especially noteworthy—creating production summaries, scheduling overviews, and customer status updates is both fast and straightforward. Additionally, the interface is clean and intuitive, which greatly simplifies onboarding new employees and reduces the time needed for training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMFG?

The main drawback I’ve encountered is the lack of robust customization options. AMFG does not offer sufficient flexibility to tailor workflows, dashboards, or process steps to our unique requirements. Since our industry relies heavily on custom orders and complex production processes, we sometimes find ourselves having to modify our internal procedures to align with the system’s limitations. Furthermore, when handling large or particularly complicated orders, the platform can experience occasional slowdowns during busy periods, which can impact our overall efficiency.
