We are in the process of integrating our Avaya phone solution in to our SAP screen for a single contact point for our call center agents. One spot where they can control all calling functions as well as ordering functions. The integration link we had from Avaya was very basic and was not working well. Switching to AMC DaVinci has proven to be a much better solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The product is everything that they say it is going to be. The implementation engineer was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make this as seamless as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I really can't think of a dislike, there is a cost involved with this and while we got a good deal, the costs were a bit unexpected. Since it does work and makes for a seamless integration, it is worth the money spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using AMC products for the last 05 years with our Avaya Call center product and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it is a very stable application and very rarely we need to take assistance for any troubleshooting and even if it required support, their support is awesome, especially Vamshi provides the very best support. And their new release DAVINCI enhanced the features, made it more user friendly. Thanks to the entire team and nice to work with such a dedicated professional team. What do you like best?

The system is pretty much maintenance free, set up once and forget Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Maintenance used to be quite manual in old version, but no longer in the newer version of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From organization point of view, it is a very affordable product, it's very easy to use and maintain. The person who deliver and support the product are expert in the field who knows what they are doing, who always can find the right solution if there is problem encountered.
