The team is attentive, the translation into the original language was quick, but the result was not very conclusive. Moreover, I had asked for a human translation for the French and English version. Only the English translation was done by a human. Since there were some mistakes in the French translation, this was reflected in the English version as well.

Getting in touch with a staff member directly is simple. In addition, the procedure of submitting texts and any requests you may have is fully automated and simple via the website.
