What do you dislike about Amberscript?

When it comes to transcribing an exchange between two people and there are onomatopoeias, ..., there can sometimes be a mix-up of who says what. You need to tweak the result a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amberscript?

The interface is very easy to use. The sales team was very attentive and the price is right Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amberscript?

The team is attentive, the translation into the original language was quick, but the result was not very conclusive. Moreover, I had asked for a human translation for the French and English version. Only the English translation was done by a human. Since there were some mistakes in the French translation, this was reflected in the English version as well.

What do you like best about Amberscript?

Amberscript has been a crucial tool in my research, as I have many transcriptions to do. It gives me accurate results and saves some hours on this boring task. It is fast, giving you the results in one-hour max. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amberscript?

Getting in touch with a staff member directly is simple. In addition, the procedure of submitting texts and any requests you may have is fully automated and simple via the website. I also requested that transcripts be edited by a member of staff. I am quite pleased with this; out of 29 transcripts, just one (or roughly 80%) needed to be corrected. What do you dislike about Amberscript?

When you choose to have a staff member check transcripts, you can see that this is performed by multiple staff members. The ability to select one person to review the transcriptions when all text files are uploaded at once would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amberscript?

AmberScript saves me a lot of time in transcribing the audios of our events; it is very fast and tends to be accurate, although sometimes the speakers' accents are not the easiest to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amberscript?

Honestly nothing so far. At the beginning, my revisions were much heavier, now the instrument has been optimised and works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amberscript solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to work much faster, as my work on the texts is now only revision, not transcription. In addition, our transcripts are often in 3 languages, and although my language level, as far as the languages in question are concerned, is good, it is certainly not that of a native speaker and sometimes I had to listen to the audios several times to understand the sentences and transcribe them. What do you like best about Amberscript?

I use Amberscript for automatic transcriptions from Portuguese to English. The accuracy of the transcription is impressive. Even when I interviewed non-native Portuguese speakers, AS managed to deliver a great result. I recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amberscript?

In my experience I had no problems. Perhaps the only improvement that would be nice is if it were possible to automatically transcribe documents in more than 1 language in the same document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
