What do you like best?

Simple to set up and manage, adding new features like receiving email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Compare pricing with other email delivery tools. Amazon SES does not have the email editing capabilities some other providers have, but excels at delivery performance and metrics and price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great effort towards cheap transactional email infrastructure"

What do you like best?

Its price. At the time when I reviewed the product, it was 10 times cheaper than the next option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Lack of very relevant features, difficult integration with common technologies and frameworks, poor documentation (at the time of my review, around 2011). I feel Amazon still needs to do some work to achieve a reliable, featured, enterprise level Email as a Service service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Any working infrastructure that can enable an organization with a reliable way to send their emails is a key part of a SaaS or digital business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
