Fairly easy to use and intuitive. Easy to learn the ins and outs and basic functionality. Most day to day functions work well (which will usually be looking up patient charts and attaching documents). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Amazing Charts Practice Management (formerly CareTracker PM)? I've noticed that there will occasionally be seemingly random crashes where the software will need to completely close and start up again. It can take a few minutes to connect to the database when this happens, which can be obnoxious if you're in the middle of a task or with a patient. Sometimes the PDF viewing goes wonky and you can't easily see attached documents in the patient charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
