Fairly easy to use and intuitive. Easy to learn the ins and outs and basic functionality. Most day to day functions work well (which will usually be looking up patient charts and attaching documents).
What do you dislike?
I've noticed that there will occasionally be seemingly random crashes where the software will need to completely close and start up again. It can take a few minutes to connect to the database when this happens, which can be obnoxious if you're in the middle of a task or with a patient. Sometimes the PDF viewing goes wonky and you can't easily see attached documents in the patient charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to familiarize yourself with the features. If you have the same issues I've had with PDF viewing, try to reinstall Adobe.
