What problems is Amadeus Cytric solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a business travel consultant at Navan, where I have to use Amadeus to create manual air, hotel and car rental bookings. I also use Sabre, but in comparison to Sabre Amadeus is excellent. It is very fast. Amadeus cytric helps me create bookings way more quicker than GUI. I'm using Amadeus solely to check tickets and I find it easy to use and it's literally the meaning of user friendly software. What I like the most it's very easy to generate the reissuance charges and refund. When there are discrepancy during the re-booking/refund they will take responsibility with the ADMs and all unlike any other service provider who will leave you hanging. Cytric Travel & Expense's mobile app might not have all the features found in the desktop version, which could be annoying for users who are constantly on the road.
