It upgrades the entire organization software to ensure that they are compliant with set regulations. It can be quickly customized to meet the company demands. **What do you dislike about Amadeus Cloud Property Management?** I am satisfied with the overall productivity. **What problems is Amadeus Cloud Property Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The open API integrated excellently with other applications and has highly accelerated growth. It has digitized the asset records and the sutomatic update has saved employees time and reduced cost. Enrollment of new teams is faster and support staff is always ready to offer assistance. ### 3. It was exceptionally easy for my role in merchandise to communicate with housekeeping, front desk, and concierge services as well as placing work orders for maintenance around the shop/hotel. **What do you dislike about Amadeus Cloud Property Management?** I was required to take a few hour class to be trained on the system. It did take some time to put into practice. As I recall there was a difficulty in being able to search for certain items to place a request for. **Recommendations to others considering Amadeus Cloud Property Management:** The class my associates and I took to be trained was very helpful and increased our ability to help guests. This system really only works if you train all of your lines of business within the resort to ensure a seamless integration. **What problems is Amadeus Cloud Property Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We upgraded our ability to solve guests queries. For example I had a guest come to the store to buy shower caps to preserve an updo they had gotten done, we did not have them for sale but I was able to put in a direct request to housekeeping for some to be delivered to their room without the guest having to put in any trouble at all. ### 8.
