AM Fleet Integrity Reviews & Product Details

Most maintenance data never gets logged — because logging it is a pain. Operators aren't going to download an app, create a password, and fill out a form to record a grease job. So they don't, and the gaps show up later as a failed component nobody saw coming. AM Fleet Integrity closes that gap. Operators scan a QR code on the equipment with any smartphone and log maintenance in about 15 seconds — no app, no download, no password. Because logging is effortless, it actually happens, and you get a real service history instead of a guess. That history drives the rest of the platform. Predictive maintenance watches component wear patterns and flags parts trending toward failure before they strand a machine on site — with cost projections so you can plan the repair instead of reacting to it. Preventive maintenance scheduling tracks service intervals by engine hours, kilometers, or calendar date, so nothing slips because someone lost the spreadsheet. Running maintenance for more than one fleet? Multi-client management lets service shops organize assets, work orders, and reports for every client in one interface — no juggling logins or separate systems. Everything else you'd expect is built in: work order management, purchase order processing, warranty tracking, and cost analytics — across excavators, dozers, service trucks, attachments, and whatever else is in the yard. Setup takes under three minutes with nothing to install. Scan a code, start logging, done.
