They are quite Professional. **Recommendations to others considering Altois:** Altois is an official Partner for Pipedrive. Getting directly through Pipedrive becomes tedious at times, However the partners who are locally based and it becomes a good support system and assistance is provided immediately. Altois has been very helpful. **What problems is Altois solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any issues with Automations, Importing the data and creating fields or anything else. They helped me set up Pipedrive. As a CRM for Pipedrive, I would say it has been a great experience using that. Very user-friendly. Amazing UI. Customer support for onboarding by Altois and explaining the features, and demo calls, have been a smooth experience so far. **What do you dislike about Altois?** There isn't anything I would consider that we have found to be dislikable about Altois so far. **Recommendations to others considering Altois:** Would recommend that there be an on-call service no / 24X5, maybe even 24X7 help or extra assistance. If it's extra chargeable, not an issue, but sometimes getting helpline calls on weekends can be more helpful **What problems is Altois solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a CRM, and we got aquatinted with them when we were considering using pipedirve. They helped us understand how to use CRM to its full potential. Altois has been very helpful in understanding our needs and coming up with a solution for it. They have been responsive and have a quick turnaround time. Would recommend others ### 3.
