Would recommend that there be an on-call service no / 24X5, maybe even 24X7 help or extra assistance. If it's extra chargeable, not an issue, but sometimes getting helpline calls on weekends can be more helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Altois solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a CRM, and we got aquatinted with them when we were considering using pipedirve. They helped us understand how to use CRM to its full potential. Altois has been very helpful in understanding our needs and coming up with a solution for it. They have been responsive and have a quick turnaround time.
