**What do you like best about Altitude?**

With the help of altitude , we can easily be able to call the client. We can listen to the recording of the client at any time. So, I love to work . The voice system is also good.

**What do you dislike about Altitude?**

I dislike about Altitude is that sometimes we can able to connect some of the client.

**What problems is Altitude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The altitude is helping connecting with the client across India and globally also.

**What do you like best about Altitude?**

The administration of the solution in general is straightforward once you get used to the product. The Altitude Script language is surprisingly robust, although it has some limitations that should be addressed. The administration of campaigns is more complicated than that of IVR channels, but in general, it is simple once you get the right tools.

**What do you dislike about Altitude?**

The learning curve is very steep at the beginning. The information from the different manuals is extensive but sometimes scattered and does not reflect all the situations you may encounter when managing the solution. 

Undoubtedly, the administration of the internal Database managed by Altitude leaves much to be desired. 

Also, I must mention that the USupervisor tool has terrible usability in large solutions, although the version 8.5 is yet to be tested.

**Recommendations to others considering Altitude:**

It's worth taking the time to plan and structure the installation well before starting the project.

**What problems is Altitude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Altitude stands out for its versatility in recognizing and handling complex DTMF patterns during communications between devices and an IVR script. The most remarkable aspect is the fact that it is possible to parameterize to such an extent the limits of reception and interpretation of DTMF patterns as well as the different telephony events. This allows us to create versatile IVR scripts loaded with functionality that increase productivity and facilitate the control and administration of the solution in general.

**What do you like best about Altitude?**

Adaptability to business with rapid developments thanks to the use of its script. Professional development team hired directly with Altitude Software.

Great solution as a product for developing Telemarketing campaigns. Rapid development and business reports with all the necessary information for campaign tracking: volumes, activity by manager, trace of the scripts, contact result, etc.

Executable in a Citrix environment which facilitates its execution in different centers, even abroad (our experience, servers in Madrid and facilities in Mexico, Italy, Australia, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Altitude?**

In the inbound call center:
- Stability, sensitive to infrastructure failures such as loss of connection with a database or network outage, the installation completely fails.
- Scalability, not for large call centers.

**Recommendations to others considering Altitude:**

It is not for very large centers, for a medium C. Center it is a very good alternative.

**What problems is Altitude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real multichannel capability, years ago, when no one else had it. Integration of all channels into a multichannel queue with prioritization of them. The prioritization may not be as powerful as other market products but it does allow for optimal distribution of workloads among managers. Monitoring and traceability of contacts. Development of a common single front for the entire Contact Center. Allows the transfer of voice and data between managers, transfer of pending tasks between departments, with a fixed date or without a date to the different groups within the C. Center. Allows the execution of back office tasks and the ability to keep this activity under control. Supervision tools, both for phone contacts and for email activity, etc.

**What do you like best about Altitude?**

Altitude Software, through its ecosystem of APIs, facilitates the possibilities of integration with existing corporate applications. In this way, it allows the user to reduce the impact that a change of application entails and at the same time allows the company to introduce the capabilities offered by the platform.

Excellent predictive dialing capabilities allow for a considerable increase in contact options without bothering our customers.

**What do you dislike about Altitude?**

The setup and parameterization of new campaigns together require too much time and steps. The setup process should be simpler, especially in the PBAX part and routing rules.

The resolution of incidents is sometimes too lengthy. The escalation process is not as agile as desired.

**Recommendations to others considering Altitude:**

Highlight the importance and necessity of investment in training and product education.

Understanding the licensing model well can help reduce investment in licenses. For this, good support from the commercial side is essential.

**What problems is Altitude solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Altitude helps us solve is the ability to increase contact while reducing the inconvenience to our customers and increasing the productivity of the agents.

The integration with third-party tools also allows for a considerable reduction in the impact of change on users, minimizing the resistance that platform changes provoke.

The tool has much to be explored, but care must be taken to map your entire business from end to end to understand its needs; otherwise, you will have customization issues that were not described to have in the tool.

I miss being able to automate the processes of loading and moving mailings, activating and deactivating campaigns, and being able to define the dialing intensity as a percentage among business segments.

Bug fixing is time-consuming. Patches are often released with issues and it is only possible to fix them by installing new patches.

Being an all-in-one product, in continuous evolution, with the latest features present and important agreements with market partners. The commercial strength (pre-sales/post-sales) makes it stand out compared to other products on the market.

The response times when incidents are generated in their ticketing systems, that the product evolution does not accompany customers with a migration plan from obsolete versions to new versions of the product.
