Key Features and Functionality: - Task-Specific Delegation: Assign alternate approvers for different tasks, such as change management or knowledge management, ensuring that each task is overseen by the most appropriate personnel. - Request-Type Delegation: Set alternate approvers based on the type of request, allowing for tailored approval processes that align with organizational structures and responsibilities. - Time-Based Delegation: Specify alternate approvers for defined periods, accommodating temporary changes in personnel availability and maintaining continuity in approval workflows. - Enhanced Visibility: Display approver information within approval records, providing clear insights into who is responsible for each approval, which aids in accountability and transparency.
