Altensya Reviews & Product Details

Altensya GMAO is a cloud CMMS for maintenance teams in small and mid-sized industrial companies, published by Altensya, a French software company. Teams create, assign and track work orders through to the completion report, with the history kept on each asset. Preventive maintenance is scheduled by calendar, and by meter reading from the Team plan. Technicians use the mobile app in the field without a network; entries sync when the connection returns. Anyone can report an issue by scanning a QR code on a machine, without a user account. From the Team plan, it also covers spare parts inventory, reports and dashboards, and a Copilot that answers plain-language questions from the customer's own maintenance data, with each fact linked to its source. Repair time, time between failures and availability indicators are in every plan. Pricing is public and per team, not per user: three plans from EUR 39 to EUR 189 per month excl. VAT, with a 14-day free trial. Data can be exported at any time.
