**What do you like best about Almo Chat?**

Almo chat lets you build your custom chatbot which is trained on your data, and AI powers the discussions, so it gives users what they want directly while visiting the website, it resolves all the queries quickly which increases customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Almo Chat?**

Currently, we are using Almo chat, the team is rolling out features at a good fast pace which is making the product better. Almo chat will be more powerful when integrated with WhatsApp, the team has already said they are working on it.

**What problems is Almo Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almo is taking over up to 80% of the recurring interactions managed by your customer support team which lets them to focus on sales and growth.
