We use Allegis for staff augmentation in various fields. They will get the job details from me, communicate that information to the recruiter, then deliver qualified resumes within a couple days. 

**What do you like best about Allegis Global Solutions?**

Usually send over qualified candidates. They get resumes over very quickly. Always keeping me updated on the progress. Friendly sales individuals. 

**What do you dislike about Allegis Global Solutions?**

They often times try to avoid HR and go straight to the hiring managers. Even after explaining this numerous times. They tend to be more expensive then other firms. 

**Recommendations to others considering Allegis Global Solutions:**

Ensure you communicate the ground rules before moving forward. Ensure you know what the fee structure is as well.
