No complaints. The process was fast and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rocket sourced high-quality candidates. We were consistently impressed by the candidates that Rocket presented to us, in addition to their ability to keep the candidate engaged. They easily brought in FANG candidates to our Series A organization. They were also very organized and prompt.
They are also just an extreme pleasure to work with. We worked with Anant as our account manager and Kelly as our recruiter. Both were fantastic, accommodating, and relentless in finding us the perfect candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about Rocket. They are a small, scrappy startup (like us). Sometimes it shows, but they are always willing to accept feedback and make changes as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their service is excellent: quick to respond, simple and effective in their communication. Their delivery, too: found great candidates for the role we were looking for in almost no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really for what I've seen so far. Perhaps the price tag could be lower, but it's worth every single dollar as the outcome is differential compared to other recruiters I've worked with in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Rocket team is great at calibrating their search, based on the feedback we give them. They learn more about what we're really looking for with each presentation and adjust accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to note. Very pleased with the level of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing! My experience was largely positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sent us candidates at a maintainable pace and took our feedback from each into strong consideration before sending over the next batch. They kept getting better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of anything, I am looking forward next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, nothing in our experiences with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We asked Rocket to find a new CEO for one of our venture portfolio startups, on its way to a Series B round. I cannot think of more difficult hiring because the right candidate needed to be a mix of "founder", "experience CEO", and an "industry leader" in a very specific niche. Not only the candidate we hired was outstanding, but the shortlist of candidates provided by Rocket was too. And the time it took Rocket to do run the process was the shortest I've ever witnessed in my career as a venture capitalist. Clearly, their AI platform gives Rocket an unfair advantage. Amazing!
