I’d especially like to emphasize their technical and event support, both of which follow clear best practices. If something ever caused a problem during work, raising a ticket was enough to get support. The event landing page and the ticket sales were both built in Streavent, so every registration sat in one place instead of in a spreadsheet next to a payment tool. On the day, check-in was a scan at the door and the badges printed right there, so there was never a queue worth calling a queue. The event app carried the agenda and the networking, and attendees messaged each other and arranged their own meetings instead of asking us to introduce them. The part I did not expect to rate highest was the sponsor side. Sponsors scanned attendee badges at their stand, added a note on the spot while they still remembered the conversation, and downloaded their own lead list afterwards. That is normally the thing you promise a sponsor and then deliver three weeks late as a messy export. And the service is the reason I would sign again. Friendly, fast, and there was always someone actually there when it mattered. **What do you dislike about All In One Event Software for professional B2B events?** It does a lot, and you feel that in the first setup. Building the first event took me longer than I expected, not because anything was difficult, but because there are many settings and I wanted to understand each one before the event went live. The second one took a fraction of the time.
