Streavent Made Our 350-Person Event Seamless
We ran our own event for 350 attendees on Streavent and used almost the whole platform, which is the honest reason for the rating. The event landing page and the ticket sales were both built in Streavent, so every registration sat in one place instead of in a spreadsheet next to a payment tool. On the day, check-in was a scan at the door and the badges printed right there, so there was never a queue worth calling a queue. The event app carried the agenda and the networking, and attendees messaged each other and arranged their own meetings instead of asking us to introduce them.
The part I did not expect to rate highest was the sponsor side. Sponsors scanned attendee badges at their stand, added a note on the spot while they still remembered the conversation, and downloaded their own lead list afterwards. That is normally the thing you promise a sponsor and then deliver three weeks late as a messy export.
And the service is the reason I would sign again. Friendly, fast, and there was always someone actually there when it mattered.
