**What do you like best about AlisVet?**

It is very simple, and very easy to pick up for new staff! Scheduling is easily able to be colour coordinated and choose how long you want the block off or appointment - easy to change.

**What do you dislike about AlisVet?**

There is not enough area to write in the appointment box the reason why or notes section in it! Another thing to for finances to be able to change the payment after someone has been billed out can also be a little tricky and not as user friendly but once you do it a few times you start to remember, just have to remember certain steps. 

**Recommendations to others considering AlisVet:**

It is one of the most simple veterinary software to use I find personally and has a lot in it to help you better your practice! 

**What problems is AlisVet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love using it for generating lists, so easy to make which criteria you want to do especially for reminders or for when its make cards for various things like heartworm season.

Excellent medical records format
Flexible/customizable


**What do you dislike about AlisVet?**

Would like a formal client communications tool integrated
Would love a spell-checker
Easier integration of 3rd party lab reports into medical record

Speak to end users; arrange for trial

**What do you like best about AlisVet?**

It's easy to navigate, it's divided in a way tht makes sense 

**What do you dislike about AlisVet?**

That it's associated with Apple/Mac, I find that more complicated than windows 

**What problems is AlisVet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to keep track of everything that goes on in our vet clinic
