Customer success managers don't seem to stay long in the position. Every year or so, there is a new one and you have to rebuild relationships. The analytics platform has a lot of bugs from data not syncing correctly to constantly requiring you to save the dashboard so that you don't lose work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
