Unlike most LIMS system, Alchemy is exceptionally easy to use and intuative. The user interface is modern and most users pick up how to do things with little to no training. Additionally, I have found that the administation and managment of records and processes to be easy to implement. Every LIMS system is customized to fit each organization, and Alchemy has a very clever framework to make this customization easy and fast. The biggest downside to using Alchemy cloud is that many of the 'out-of-the-box' features that other LIMS provders have don't exist in Alchemy. This is mitigated by the fact that it is so easy to configure theses features to meet your exact needs; however, each of features does take some development effort to build. Alchemy Cloud is easy to use, even if you are a new user to it and have not a single idea how to use it. Their customer support is friendly and supportive, they helped us and my colleagues with some queries at first, and since then we have been easily using every day without stress or doubts.
