The subscription model is such that I don't have to guess my annual survey volume (estimate too high and lose money at the end of the year!) The Google Sheets integration was exactly what a client wanted and once set up, there was no manual labor needed to deliver the data. SurveyGizmo is a different platform than others that I have used, because with it I can get very good statistical results at the end of each survey. The results are always presented in graphs with an excellent description, I like it because I can edit the surveys after they are published on my website which is great because I can avoid future errors in my statistics due to a badly written or out of place question and so I edit easily. This is my second year using SurveyGizmo and I found it's important make sure that all of your responses with the same answers are in the same order, such as Highly Satisfied, Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Neither Satisfied nor Unsatisfied and Unsatisfied. We changed to SurveyGizmo (SG) from Survey Anyplace (SA) because SG has an easy way to integrate with 3rd party panels, matrix questions, and question logic configuration that is easy to use (SA also has this feature but it's twice as hard to set up, and prone to mistakes). We could have gone with QuestionPro too but QP did not have a configuration to validate a minimum amount of characters to validate open question responses, and it required getting in touch with the support team to configure redirect links for 3 party panel integrations. Surveygizmo give us many ways and options to design our surveys. The variety of templates and forms are insane compared with the competition. They provide us with all kind of tools to create in the proper way our surveys and with this gather important feedback, thoughts and comments about products, services or any changes that could make difference in a business. The support team in the first place. It seems that they are not interested in solve any problem, even if it was a small issue. I don't know if was only me but never fix a issue with them. Another thing that is bothering me is the increasing of the price. Ok I know I just said the price is cheaper than Qualtrics but should be more accessible to the wallet. The program is good quality and price is not that expensive comparing the features that they provide, I know Qualtrics bring more to the table but the price is higher. I liked that the SurveyGizmo Ultimate Training afforded me the option of participating in both the standard training workshops, as well as the advanced training workshops. This was great because while I needed to learn the basics of some functionalities on SG, there were others that I knew fairly well, and benefitted from experiencing at an advanced speed. Though my organization pays for my license, the new pricing structure prohibits multiple users unless additional licenses are purchased.
