The product is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We were able to jump in immediately and create our surveys on our own. The Alchemer team is also extremely supportive. They are a great resource when creating more advanced surveys or have helpful insight on how to best set up the complicated ones. I can send in a question and hear back from our team in less than a day. They are very patient and teach their users how to fish instead of just doing it for them. I do with that the reports were more customizable, but we are able to work well with what is currently offered anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
