How much does Albato cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Albato pricing in 2026 starts at $15.00 and can reach $3,000.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Albato's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Albato pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Albato's pricing is best suited for small businesses, solopreneurs, freelancers, and marketing or consulting agencies seeking an affordable Zapier alternative. The vast majority of G2 reviewers fall within the small business segment across industries including marketing, computer software, IT services, and e-learning. Albato's Automation Platform Pro tier suits individuals and small teams automating CRM, lead generation, and email workflows, while the Teams tier targets collaboration-focused agencies. For SaaS companies needing to embed native integrations into their own products, G2 reviewers specifically highlight Albato's Embedded Pro tier as a compelling, cost-competitive solution that avoids heavy in-house development investment.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Albato?

Albato's free Automation Platform tier allows individuals to explore basic automation with 100 transactions per month, only 5 active automations, and a 2-step limit per automation, with 15-minute update intervals and 7-day log storage. Albato's paid plans starting at $15 per month unlock significantly higher transaction volumes, data migration, AI features, parallel scenario execution, 30-day log storage, and faster 5-minute update intervals. G2 reviewers note the free tier is useful for initial evaluation but that transaction limits are quickly exhausted when running multiple workflows, making the paid Pro plan a natural upgrade for anyone with real business automation needs.

Is Albato considered good value for its pricing?

Albato is widely regarded as excellent value, with G2 reviewers overwhelmingly citing its affordability as a primary reason for switching from competitors. Reviewers repeatedly compare Albato favorably against Zapier, Make, and Pabbly Connect, noting that Albato delivers comparable automation capabilities at a fraction of the cost. G2 reviews of Albato highlight the generous transaction limits per pricing tier as a standout advantage, with multiple users noting that operations go further than rival platforms. The 4.5 average rating alongside consistent praise for pricing across dozens of reviews signals strong cost-to-value satisfaction, particularly for small businesses and solopreneurs managing multiple workflows on tight budgets.

"Workflow Automation with a Large Library of Apps"
5/5
What do you like best about Albato?

Albato is a no-code platform for workflow automation. It has a simple, intuitive interface lets you easily create and manage automation. It supports many apps and platforms and allows you to connect any app with an API or webhook. Saves you time and money by automating repetitive tasks and data transfers. An excellent support team that is always ready to help you. A better option than other automation tools like Zapier or Pabbly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

The number of integrations is limited compared to other platforms, like Zapier. Operations count includes triggers, which can run out quickly for complex workflows. App integrator requires some technical knowledge and documentation to use. Pricing plans are based on the number of operations, not the number of workflows or apps. "Simple, Efficient, but Improvable"

What do you like best about Albato?

I find the simplicity of Albato particularly impressive. It is an extremely affordable solution that just works without me having to worry much. No matter what we set up, it has always worked great, and we are very satisfied with it. It's great that I don't have to repeat intermediate steps in automation; set it up once and it works reliably. The instability in so few cases also speaks for the reliable and smooth support. Additionally, I am glad that we bought Albato through AppSumo, which allowed us a cost-effective trial. Ultimately, I am happy that it can be applied seamlessly to various automation applications, including Insta-automation, and people can immediately get suitable links to products. Overall, I am very satisfied with Albato. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Albato?

I had the problem once or twice that an integration was not optimal or the right fields were not available. This definitely required improvements, as I couldn't solve it within the app connection. I then had to work with our more tech-savvy team members to create a custom integration via Albato, which was very cumbersome and time-consuming. Additionally, finding the right app connection was sometimes a bit confusing. When I searched for the app, it wasn't always suitable, and I thought I would have to search the web in a cumbersome way before I ultimately found a solution. These aspects could definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
