It integrates in various capacities - through our website, through our online banking, and through our agent-facing portal

The integration did take some work at the beginning. There was quite a bit of feedback and it certainly felt like we had to build everything from the ground up

**Recommendations to others considering Alacriti:**

There is a lot of freedom in how you want the service to look and operate. This creates some additional work at the beginning but can lead to a more individualized and personal experience for each user

**What problems is Alacriti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alacriti helps us make loan payments from external accounts and provides membership with additional options to make payments
