What do you like best about Akumina?

Basically its is A modern intranet software which help to enable user or employee to access everything that they need to work from anywhere and anytime. What do you dislike about Akumina?

Their are lots of functionality and Widget its very difficult to find prefect one Which match or prefect fit for your requirement, and one thing is its little bit slow also, rest all are good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akumina?

We use Akumina's InterChange product. It's a nice product and easy to use. The support we're currently getting from them is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akumina?

In the past we've had significant problems getting support and bug fixes from Akumina. Many open issues dragged on for months without progress. It seems as though they had some serious inefficiencies internally, or perhaps they just scaled up too quickly and had too many clients.

However, this issue now seems much improved: They recently made a lot of structural and process changes and we have really noticed a difference in how thorough, organized and timely support from them now is. What do you like best about Akumina?

The site has a clean, modern look and the back end is pretty intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akumina?

Akumina has been unable to provide anything but minimal, emergency support. Some functions broke 2 months after launch, and 5 months later, still haven't been fixed. Developers and project managers have gone through a rotating door, leaving us hanging, month after month. Sadly, akumina doesn't appear to have staffed up - at all. Even help desk tickets linger for weeks and are only addressed when a high level demand is made.

We have wasted countless staff hours on our end, reviewing the same site issues over and over again with different akumina staff, yet, have a 5 month old to-do list.

What do you like best about Akumina?

In 2017, Otterbein University worked with Akumina to rapidly design, setup and construct a modern, responsive cloud-base campus-wide intranet for all our constituents. Time previously spent by admins trying to troubleshoot our earlier intranet CMS and SharePoint site collection efforts was now being spent fine-tuning the our world-class campus portal. Normally it's easy to recite weaknesses, shortcomings, or dissatisfaction in a software vendor's offerings. Not so with Akumina—they have proven to be a diligent partner who always provides not only a best-in-class product, but an equally important level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to our needs that's rare in today's business world. What do you like best about Akumina?

I do not like not having strict deadlines. I feel like we given great information on what we could possibly do, but actually putting it into place takes a long time.
