"Intuitive IoT Platform with Strong Support"

What do you like best about akenza?

For me, one of the best things about Akenza is that the platform is easy to use and everything just works! There are easy workflows that you can customize (e.g. an off-the-shelf gateway connected to your recently purchased sensor which then pushes all of your collected data via API or email). And the workflows are built with "connectors." Everything is self-explanatory and there is a lot of documentation. I built a custom LoRa device that I was having trouble setting up and the Akenza team helped me set up best IoT practices and is always available when I need them. I've been with Akenza for about 1.5 years and have been sending data from 8 devices for the last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about akenza?

The basic setup is super intuitive, but diving into more advanced features, like setting up custom integrations, took a bit of trial and error. Some more examples would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is akenza solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a startup with limited capital so Akenza is helping us collect the data we need and push the data to a platform for our clients without needing to invest into backend and frontend infrastructure. What do you like best about akenza?

What do you like best about akenza?

In Akenza I can quickly integrate almost any sensor or device with LoRaWAN and many other options. I was able to easily create how my devices would connect using the drag-and-drop feature for rules and automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about akenza?

I really like that there's some preexistant models for a diffrent kind of devices. The dashboards looks great and they're easily customizable.

The support is really amazing, they're extremly supportive and proefficient, it help me a lot with my first sensor installation.

"Succesful CoAP message trial"

What do you like best about akenza?

Akenza provides a great way of connecting devices through CoAP. We had been searching for some time and tested other platforms providing CoAP connectivity, but unfortunately, they didn't provide what we were looking for. With Akenza, we successfully connected our edge devices using mobile NB-IoT connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about akenza?

The documentation for CoAP was not fully clear on how to setup the connection, and it took some discussions with support to get it right. They were very helpful and we got it quickly working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is akenza solving and how is that benefiting you?

We build optical meter readers for primarily water meters. The devices connect to the internet through a mobile modem using NB-IoT connectivity. With the Akenza platform, we can quite easily get the devices connected and upload the data to the platform, where it is stored and visualized. The support team has been amazing, from initially onboarding, adding new features to the platform to support my devices and then assisting through the online chat to get my custom devices working on the platform.
