Easy set up, multiple IoT devices connected without any problem. The platform is stable. The dashboard configuration is quite easy. The UI is understandable, supports multiple devices, integration with the Swisscom LORA network makes it a huge plus. The technical support is available and proactive. I did not use any of the rules for the data though. I'm on a free plan, but I would say that the first upgrade is a bit expensive for our purpose. There are easy workflows that you can customize (e.g. an off-the-shelf gateway connected to your recently purchased sensor which then pushes all of your collected data via API or email). And the workflows are built with "connectors." Everything is self-explanatory and there is a lot of documentation. I built a custom LoRa device that I was having trouble setting up and the Akenza team helped me set up best IoT practices and is always available when I need them.
