Their support is good and helpful. They will give us right docs and reference for BYOA too. It is easy to spin up the services and manage users. Pricing is straight forward. Implementing the communication with Aiven services is almost same with services which we self host or use. We are using it in production for more than 2 years and it is working well. **What do you dislike about Aiven for Apache Cassandra?** I feel like bit pricy (Even with BYOA, Instance and storage cost interms of Initial setup cost. Instead of just having double the infra in plans, they can inroduce more adjustable plans to have infra scale. **What problems is Aiven for Apache Cassandra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aiven is hosting major open-source products/services to easily add to our infra in a cloud agnostic way. I can easily spin up the service and start using it. ### 2. If there is any, i will definitely update. **What problems is Aiven for Apache Cassandra solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for hosted Cassandra, initially we tried out Aws Keyspace, even considered to use AstraDB. But for our usecase, Aiven Hosted cassandra seemed perfect. ### 3. It effectively captures changes that are made in our Cassandra instances and buffers them into the specified operational data stores of our choosing. It enables configuring our Cassandra instances to replicate data across different downstream data stores. This provides resilience towards the regional network interruptions and business continuity through advanced replication features. **What do you dislike about Aiven for Apache Cassandra?** The dislike from my side on using Aiven for our Cassandra instances is none as it can scale out any number of nodes to manage our workloads thanks to its linear scalability. **What problems is Aiven for Apache Cassandra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aiven provides an excellent DBaaS platform for connecting and managing our Apache Cassandra clusters. Its web console is comfortable for organizing the service groups under different topics and managing its billing settings. Since it's hosted in the AWS cloud platform, the uptime is 99.99%, and we needn't worry about failovers and downtime. It also aids with updating our search index and analytical workloads for data stored in our Cassandra instances and enables real-time visibility for our Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) requirements. ### 4.
