AirServer always "wows" my audience. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022 **What do you like best about AirServer?** AirServer is a great (and easy) way to project your mobile device to a laptop or PC. I use it extensively during product demonstrations when I am showing how the application appears on a mobile device. It's so much nicer than a mobile device emulator. Customers are always asking me how I am presenting my mobile device. **What do you dislike about AirServer?** On occasion, the application cannot locate the device (my laptop) that I want to project to. This is something that AirServer is aware of because they've included a rebroadcast function which usually resolves the issue. I've also found that on rare occasions AirServer forgets my selected monitor and broadcasts to the incorrect one. Again, easily solved, but a bit of a pain. (especially when I discover it minutes from a presentation. Start mad scramble...) **What problems is AirServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily demonstrates the capabilities of our application on a mobile device. It really helps customers to visualize how it will appear and work. Customers seem to "get it" much better than using a mobile device emulator. I spend less time explaining what they're looking at and I think there's more trust as well. They can see it on a real mobile device and that it's not just smoke and mirrors. ### 2. This has been incredibly valuable when I am demonstrating our software to a customer. It's not an "imagine if you will" or "here's a mockup of how it will look". It's the actual projection of my phone showing the software. I've had people ask me after a product demonstration how I did that. (AirServer is the answer) **What do you dislike about AirServer?** I've had very intermittent issues with my phone losing the ability to find the AirServer. But, AirServer has obviously seen this before and provides an easy way to rebroadcast the server so that it is once again visible to the mobile device. **What problems is AirServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, it's been incredibly beneficial when demonstrating how our product will appear on a mobile device.
