AirportGateway Reviews & Product Details

AirportGateway is a secure, cloud-based ID pass management platform designed to help airports automate, control, and audit the full lifecycle of airside and landside access passes. Built for airport operators, security teams, and compliance managers working in highly regulated environments, AirportGateway brings the entire ID pass process into one centralised platform, including pass applications, identity verification, Counter Terrorism Check tracking, zone assignment, renewal management, leaver revocation, visitor passes, airport driver permits, and full audit trail management. Instead of managing fragmented systems, manual spreadsheets, and email-based leaver notifications, ID centre teams can manage every pass and every employer organisation from a single, inspection-ready platform. AirportGateway helps airports reduce administrative workload, improve compliance visibility, and maintain a continuously audit-ready ID centre. Security managers, compliance teams, and ID centre staff can track pass status, manage documentation, and produce complete audit trails on demand, supporting compliance with the National Aviation Security Programme, the Single Consolidated Direction, and CAA requirements. The platform is designed to enforce compliant process at every stage of the ID pass lifecycle, not simply record what happened after the fact. Automated workflows, rules-driven logic, and real-time dashboards help airports maintain consistency across all employer organisations operating on site, whether that is two or eighty. This makes AirportGateway especially valuable for airports where security, accountability, and regulatory inspection readiness are non-negotiable. As part of IDGateway's identity security platform portfolio, AirportGateway supports organisations that need reliable digital tools for identity management, access control compliance, and aviation security vetting. IDGateway's platforms are built for highly regulated environments, using secure, AI and rules-driven automation to help teams save time, improve operational performance, and maintain high standards of compliance. With AirportGateway, airports can move from fragmented, manual ID pass management to a connected, automated, and fully auditable process. The result is a leaner ID centre operation, stronger compliance oversight, and the confidence to face any regulatory inspection knowing the evidence is there.
