**What do you like best about Air Maestro?**

Air Maestro is easy to use, combines a lot of different softwares into one space and makes it handy to track everyones recencies. You have one place to go for rostering, health and safety and recencies.

**What do you dislike about Air Maestro?**

The only thing I can think of is the use of reports within Air Maestro. They are easy to use when set up correctly, however, getting a report template set up in the first place is not that intuitive or straight foward.

**What problems is Air Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air Maestro is making sure we can track all of our staff's recencies and make sure to get those renewed before they become due or even expire. No need for anyone track their own recencies, we set up alerts for the responsible person.

**What do you like best about Air Maestro?**

It is easy to use and keep up with recencies. Rosters are easy to maintain and view. File and Form Management is also very intuitive. Air Maestro will always be my go-to for Flight Operations Management.

**What do you dislike about Air Maestro?**

Trying to run reports is like it's own science. Quite hard to set up a report on your own, you would need to fiddle with it a lot to get the result you want. Although it is hard, I would like to add that the team from Avinet are very helpful and can set up any report for you.

**What problems is Air Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People Management in an Aviation industry. Easy to keep track of rosters from multiple places and making sure that recencies are kept up to date and wont lapse.
