## About AI Data Room
Tallystone AI Data Room is a virtual data room solution that helps private companies prepare, organise, and share due diligence documentation for capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. It is designed for high-growth companies and for the advisors — M&A advisors, accountants, and fractional CFOs — who assist them. The platform operates directly on the client's existing Google Drive. Documents are never transferred to or stored on Tallystone's servers, which removes the need for third-party file custodianship and simplifies data security compliance. There are no per-gigabyte charges, file quantity restrictions, or limits on the number of data rooms a client can create. The platform's AI capability reduces the time required to produce a data room from weeks to under ten minutes. Users select a collection of existing documents; the AI classifies and structures them into a draft data room that the user reviews and publishes. Key features include: :: AI-powered document classification — automatically sorts and organises uploaded documents into a structured data room, reducing manual effort in categorisation and gap identification :: AI Q&A — an embedded question-and-answer layer that handles routine investor due diligence queries automatically, with escalation to the data room administrator for queries that require human input :: Immutable published versions and audit trail — published data rooms are sealed versions with a complete, timestamped access log showing which viewers accessed which documents :: Google Drive storage — all documents remain on the client's own cloud storage; Tallystone holds no copy of the files Tallystone AI Data Room is available as a standalone subscription and as part of the Tallystone Corporate Suite, which extends the platform to include board and shareholder authorisation workflows, cap table and equity transaction management, and key contract workflows. **What do you like best about AI Data Room?**

The cap table and legal platform help keep your documents sorted and ready for DD at any stage. As an early stage start up this is critically important for us.

**What do you dislike about AI Data Room?**

We are an early adopter so have had to work through a few bugs, but Tallystone have been responsive and have been a pleasure to work with.

**What problems is AI Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always have an up to date data room, version controlled and I can share different things for different audiences.
