"All-in-One Tracking for Fundraising, Events. Contacts, and Volunteers"

What do you like best about Aha Impact?

I love that we can track fundraising, events, contacts and volunteers in one system. This is a big win for ZHF. Aha worked very closely with ZHF on implementation as well as the migration of content from a previous system at no charge. The Aha team is ready and available to assist with "at the elbow" support for our team. They are very responsive and complete any request made in a short order - often times the same day. The Aha team is flexible and will make enhancements to the software as needed. The system is intuitive and easy to use without the need for in-depth training which is a real plus. What do you dislike about Aha Impact?

I cannot think of any downsides to switching to Aha as a CRM vendor. We are very glad that we made this move.

I think there is one area of opportunity that Aha could consider which is to allow for text notifications in addition to relying on email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration of fundraising, events, contacts and volunteers in one system is the biggest benefit to ZHF. We have also realized cost savings by using Aha as we were able to terminate the use of other applications. The platform utilizes Microsoft 365 which is also a significant plus as our team is very familiar with and utilizes Microsoft products - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
