**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

I really enjoy the ease of use and intuitive information that Agorapulse provides. It's super helpful to easily go back and reuse or tweak past posts that performed well without having to recreate them from scratch. This feature makes managing social media content so much more efficient. Additionally, the integration of AI has made life easier for everyone involved. The initial setup was super easy, and the team at Agorapulse was awesome to deal with; they guided us through the initial setup and are always quick to respond to any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

Wish we could actually do a little bit more with TikTok in there. It's very limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:**

Support is amazing and FAST!  PLatform ease of use and amount of functions are far above and beyond other scheduling programs.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agorapulse saves us a ton of time scheduling social media posts and managing client interactions. It provides ease of use with intuitive information and allows us to reuse successful posts, making content management and AI integration super helpful.

  ### 2. Keeping all your social media organized without the usual chaos

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

Agorapulse has become the place where we manage pretty much everything related to social media. On projects where marketing, design, and development all have a say before something goes live, it's normal for a post to go through several rounds of review. Being able to prepare everything in advance and let each person approve their part has saved us from a lot of last-minute changes. I've also noticed they've put a lot of work into improving social listening, reporting, and campaign management, especially in the analytics dashboards. The Social Inbox has probably been one of my favorite features. Having comments, mentions, and messages all in one place makes it much easier to keep up without jumping between platforms. Scheduling works reliably, the platform feels responsive, and as a developer, I always appreciate software that just works without constantly asking for my attention.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

The mobile app works well enough for checking notifications or replying to messages, but if I'm planning content or managing a large editorial calendar, I still prefer using the desktop version. That's clearly where the platform feels most comfortable.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of the projects I work on involve company blogs, landing pages, product launches, and marketing campaigns that need to be promoted across multiple social channels. Before Agorapulse, publishing new content meant someone had to manually post it everywhere, adjust the copy for each platform, double-check the schedule, and then come back later to see how it performed. Now we plan everything ahead of time, and the marketing team can take it from there without depending on us every step of the way. What I probably appreciate the most is how much smoother the collaboration has become. Development focuses on building, marketing focuses on content, and everyone can see what's scheduled, what's already live, and what's still waiting for approval. In the end, Agorapulse hasn't just helped us manage social media better; it's helped the whole team stay on the same page without all the back-and-forth that used to slow everyone down.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

I like how the inbox system is set up in Agorapulse. It's easy to track what has been replied to and what still needs attention, which helps me to stay organized throughout the day. When dealing with a high volume of interactions, having that kind of structure really makes a difference. I also love the speed and efficiency of how quickly replies are sent out. It keeps me on a fast reading pace and doesn't slow me down.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

It takes a while for the system to show how many comments I've done, and I normally have to wait, like, four hours. Sometimes the amount that is being displayed is not accurate.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Agorapulse centralizes everything, allowing me to view and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in one place, saving time and keeping me organized without missing anything important.

What I like best about Agorapulse is how everything is centralized in one place, making daily management much easier. The moderation features allow us to categorize incoming messages, which helps qualify conversations and adds valuable KPIs for client reporting. It’s intuitive, easy to use, great for sharing calendars with clients, offers clear analytics, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

The mobile experience can sometimes feel less smooth than the desktop version

Agorapulse helps us save a significant amount of time by centralizing all in one platform. It makes daily workflows much smoother and simplifies client management allowing us to focus more on strategy and content rather than operational tasks.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

What we like most about Agorapulse is its centralized system, which makes it easy to manage multiple accounts in one place. As we handle more than 10 client accounts, this significantly improves our day-to-day efficiency.

The platform’s features, such as scheduling and reporting, are generally reliable, and the calendar UI is clear and intuitive, making it easy to plan and manage content.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

There is some room for improvement in terms of reporting. We categorize content using labels and analyze performance based on those categories, but the platform does not always allow us to fully customize reports according to these labels.

Additionally, we are currently experiencing publishing issues where scheduled posts are not going live on time. We have raised a ticket and requested an investigation, and this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts across different platforms was time-consuming and difficult to organize. Agorapulse solves this by centralizing account management, which streamlines our workflow and saves time.

It also allows us to plan, schedule, and monitor content more efficiently, while providing performance insights that support quicker and more informed decision-making.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

Reporting features helpful, if accurate.
Support replied but ultimately didn't lead to a resolution.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

A critical Instagram Stories reporting bug persisted for months (since about April 2025 in our case), resulting in inaccurate or incomplete data.
Despite written notice to halt billing until the bug was fixed, charges continued.
The proposed “resolution” was one month of credit and penalty‑free early termination—no refunds for months of unusable reporting.
Refund discussions were repeatedly deferred until “after the bug is fixed,” which never happened for us.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed reliable social reporting for clients and internal performance tracking. Because the Stories data was unreliable, we had to create manual workarounds and double‑check metrics, increasing workload and undermining campaign analysis. Net impact was negative due to rework and lost confidence in the data.

**What do you like best about Agorapulse?**

Agorapulse makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The interface is clean, scheduling is intuitive, and I like how the inbox feature helps consolidate all social replies and DMs into a single dashboard. Reporting tools are also pretty strong, and it's great for presenting client-ready insights quickly.

**What do you dislike about Agorapulse?**

The platform can feel a bit rigid when it comes to custom workflows, especially if you're managing a high volume of content across teams. Sometimes the approval process feels clunky, and there have been occasional lags when loading large asset libraries or switching between client workspaces. Integration options are decent, but I’d love to see more automation flexibility.

**What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agorapulse helps streamline our social media workflow by combining publishing, engagement, and reporting tools into a single platform. This reduces time spent switching between networks and allows our team to manage multiple accounts more efficiently. The shared inbox also ensures we don’t miss any key messages or comments, especially during campaigns or live events. It’s a real time-saver and helps us stay organized across clients and internal channels.

Everytime another account user logged in you were bumped off the screen and no previous work was saved. No feed view of content.
