It's really frustrating having to go into Twitter and manually mine for Impressions and Engagement rate. It has connectors for most social profiles. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Facebook messages won't sync. If you want to answer your social media with 1 to 2 hours of delay, go ahead! Their website claims instant syncronization, and customer support says it takes 1 hour. After showing customer support that their website says instant sync, they agree but still can't figure out why the delay occurs. Their SLA for the premium plan says 1 hour response time; I've been 11 days with this issue and no solution yet, with usual response times of more than 3 hours. It seems like the software is pretty decent, but if you have an issue, forget to have some support. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zero solutions with customer support issues. No refund for the paid time that the software didn't work. Agorapulse makes it easy to manage multiple corporate accounts without worrying about a post scheduled to go out on a certain day. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I don't like that there isn't an easy way to save drafts in the publishing calendar so that we can see potential posts in the publishing calendar without them having to be ready to post. I also don't like having to renew token verifications for my social media accounts every 60 days. I would prefer to approve the link with these accounts and then not have to worry about my posts being blocked down the line because the token verification expired. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have realized the benefit of posting to multiple programs at once. I appreciate that Agorapulse easily links with the majority of social media platforms. Its best feature is its competitor tracking analytics tool. This tool allows a user to select competitors' social media channels and quickly pull their metrics alongside your own profiles' metrics. This is helpful for at-a-glance comparisons and helps with brand positioning. Additionally, Agorapulse provides excellent documentation of activity. It is easy to see when other team members are online and what posts they've approved, commented on, etc. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** There isn't much to dislike about Agorapulse. Perhaps one area where Agorapulse could improve is the ability to batch edit and delete posts after they've been created and scheduled. For example, if a post is created with the intent to push out to multiple social media accounts, any changes need to be made one-by-one. Essentially, Agorapulse lets users create one post and publish it in multiple places, but doesn't allow users to make edits in that same one spot. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse has drastically decreased the amount of time spent monitoring and publishing posts for social media. Before Agorapulse, we had to use Facebook Business manager, which didn't have the kind of support or consistency that Agorapulse offers. For me the biggest tool/advantage (even at an extra monthly cost) is the Power Reports. Being able to create 'Labels' for each post, regardless of social media profile, and run a report strictly on that label is HUGE - both from a time saving standpoint and for demonstrating ROI to internal teams. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** As a smaller organization (30 employees), and as a staff of one, I have very little time to focus on individual tasks. This is both a positive and a negative... Agorapulse offers a tonne of features within its core platform, but some days it almost feels like too much. Maybe that's just me and admittedly I haven't had time to go through everything in as much detail as I would like, but I do find a lot of the features to be a bit overwhelming at times. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data and reporting. It's really that simple. Using Power Reports to create reports based on labels I create is HUGE. Previously in other platforms or even in the social platform analytics themselves, I would have to use Excel to strip out a lot of the content. But with Power Reports, if I want to know how an individual program or program area is doing, I can label each piece of content by a specific label, and run reports just on that label - simply put.... You have the option to share them with anyone, so if you need to get exterior approvals on social media calendars, it just takes a few clicks. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I have seen some finicky things with moderating comments on Facebook/Instagram ads with Agorapulse, but it's really simple to double-check on the native platform. Agorapulse seems to do a good job of keeping up with any changes made by the social media companies, and I'm happy to have access to it! **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously my company was using a few different social media management systems. Uploading content in bulk is also very handy, and their reports are easy to understand. ALSO, Agorapulse is one of the few platforms that allow you to add alt-text to your images when you schedule them, at least it was that way six months ago when we decided to go with Agorapulse. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Some of the features, like the aforementioned bulk uploading of content, are not very intuitive. Once you have it figured out, it goes quick, but it took me a few tries to realize which column in my spreadsheet would correspond with the section on the tweet (content, date, time, links, etc.), and I don't recall touching on that during the training course. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a social media manager for a small company, social media isn't the only part of my job. Agorapulse allows me to get an entire month's worth of content scheduled for every platform that I just have to review once a week, allowing me to work on other projects for the company. I sort of understood it when it was generating automated reports for you (I was going to pay for that service), but now you cannot make even simple comparisons on a single account. That is a real blow to the reporting value. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** What really ticks me off is the "ghost in the machine" errors I've been getting more and more frequently. Sometimes it won't log in, sometimes it won't load certain accounts, sometimes it won't upload images. These little errors add up to a very frustrating experience on Mac (I have to use Chrome for work). I didn't have this issue a year ago with another client, and it doesn't seem to be going away. Total comments for each channel individually when looking at the channels, AND total number of all comments left to review. Really needs an option to see ALL "assigned to me" instead of having to go to each different channel. It's really easy to miss content this way, especially when assigned to someone who doesn't use the platform often enought to be familiar with it. Doesn't allow for twitter recurring posts. Queued content and Bulk publisher is clunky and not user-friendly. The app is awful. I can't use it on my phone to schedule content because it's extremely NON-mobile friendly. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a streamlined process for our content that gets posted on Facebook, instagram and twitter. Our editor works directly off of the assigned tab to edit and approve posts before they go out.
