The social listening has allowed us to find business leads for other departments within the company. Being able to track specific hashtags on Instagram has been invaluable, especially when we're running campaigns. We use this feature on a daily basis and it has allowed us to be more interactive with people who mention our companies. We use the calendar to schedule and track all of our social media content. Having two businesses, Agorapulse makes it easy to track what content we have scheduled for each social media platform, when we're running campaigns and what events we have coming up. The ability to schedule posts across different platforms at the same time helps us with time efficiency, as does being able to duplicate previous content. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** The character limit being set to 300 characters for LinkedIn is limiting when on the platform itself you can use more characters. A useful feature would also be if you could post carousels on LinkedIn through Agorapulse. When assigning posts to colleagues to approve, some posts are missed as the email notifications aren't always clear what needs approving, this means making the post a draft and re-sending for approval. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse helps us with time management as we're able to easily schedule content using the calendar. It helps us keep track of all of our content which would otherwise be overwhelming to keep track of. I am a social media manager at a nonprofit organization and we post several times a day across four different platforms. Agorapulse has really expedited the time it has taken me to schedule our post. I love that I can edit them simultaneously if I need to differentiate them. It's a really easy interface and the customer service is excellent. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I wish there was a way to schedule a carousel on Instagram without having it be sent to my phone to be posted that way. I also wish that while I was scheduling all platforms at the same time that I could schedule the posting times to be different. I don't like the analytics very much - I downgraded my Agorapulse plan to not include much time on this so I can still pay for Iconosquare because it offers more and in a better format. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** Utilize the free month trial before signing on so you can test everything out and see if it is a good fit for you and your work. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to simultaneously edit posts going on various platforms. I no longer miss things and it's so much easier to have in one spot. One of my favorite features is that you can create one post for multiple platforms, but edit them individually to suit your needs. This is time saving and super useful. The reporting is also very robust and makes relaying important insights to our clients simple and fast. I like the ability to create custom labels so we can track topics/themes of posts to determine what content is the most successful. Compared to other software, I prefer Agorapulse's interface and ease of use. As our agency grows our social media department, I feel confident Agorapulse will grow with us. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** One issue I've run in to is occassionally there are disconnected links in the listening feature when our clients are tagged by other businesses on Facebook. Clicking "view on Facebook" will bring me to a page that says "content unavailable," but I am able to go directly to the page to search for the content. Overall a very minor hiccup. A feature I would love to see in the future would be something to manage social media contests/giveaways. I believe this was a feature in the past so it would be nice to see it again! **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a digital marketing agency, we have numerous clients to manage simultaneously. Agorapulse allows us to easily organize, schedule, and view content, while also making it easy to stay on top of community management. It is a huge time saver. Another great thing - they're always upgrading and adding new services to make MY life easier. They're consistently growing as social media grows, which is phenomenal. I recommend Agorapulse to everyone in my industry because it's been the first one to be affordable and have so many great features. All my social channels in ONE spot. I can schedule the same posts on different days and at different times and even edit them individually, all in one area. I also like being able to track the analytics and share them with my clients easily and efficiently to provide the best data on our shared progress. My team also enjoys being able to schedule content for a few weeks or even months in advance! This helps for our travels and future campaigns without any hassle. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Sometimes pieces of content, whether it be through Instagram, Facebook, or Linkedin, just won't post even though we scheduled it. We occasionally get a notification that there was an error, but often times we have no idea our content didn't post unless we actually see that it isn't there and have to scramble to ensure it gets posted by us doing it manually. Also, the sentiment classification (positive, neutral, and negative) for the messages is an essential point and it would be valuable to have it. Additionally, the quantification of response times is not the most efficient, as it does not allow for the exclusion of idle times when we are not operating on our accounts, and in the average response times, it takes into account non-working hours, so we cannot obtain real times. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Respond to interactions, manage content approval, publish content, and obtain reports for our clients. ### 14. All of the features are easy to use, the interface is very friendly, and it has almost all that we need across scheduling, publishing, inbox, listening, and reporting. I've worked in the social media space over the past 8 years, and have used a variety of social media management software, including Sprout Social, Falcon.ai, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, and more. I would recommend Agorapulse if you are working on a small team, are on a budget and want basic features (nothing too advanced) while being able to do reporting, listening, social care, content approvals, scheduling, and publishing. The Power Reports make it easy to see each of our brands across channels and saves us time with reporting. I also like the app, so I can easy schedule posts and monitor incoming inquiries and mentions on the go. Their customer service is also excellent, fast, and quality. They always answer my inquiries really quickly whenever I have them, and also shout out to Andreas Walachosky for being a rock star giving personalized service and even hopping on calls to get us what we needed! **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I wish Agorapulse's social listening capabilities were more robust for Instagram, including the ability to have greater filtering and exclusion options, such as removing posts for specific countries, posts that use specific words, and posts in different languages other than English. I know some competitors also allow you to filter based on visual look of assets, which would also be a plus to be able to do. That said, their team have been very transparent as to why this is not available currently on Agorapulse. Andreas has let us know that the reason they do not have these capabilities is because they pay for certain levels of integration with Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and their APIs only allow for certain capabilities within those levels. They pay into a certain level for their social media management software, and other companies focused on social listening pay much more for greater access, meaning Agorapulse pays them at a certain level, giving us access to all that we have within the software and maintaining the rates they do. Prices would go up accordingly if they opened up greater features as they would have to pay more as well to get access to those features. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse enables my team to easily collaborate on responses to inquiries across social media, including DMs and comments. We are also able to schedule and publish posts, listen for mentions, and pull bi-weekly and monthly report all in one place. It's quite convenient, and we are happy that we are able to do all of this at an affordable price. We are a fully remote team, with teammates in Australia and the US. It's great that the team can use this tool to be able to collaborate online and have less meetings, making us more efficient. We also enjoy that we receive email notifications so we can see the activity and what needs to be taken care of right away. It solves the majority of our needs for social media management. We would love some additional features, but it addresses all of our basic needs. ### 15. It is easy to get the hang of and to train my team members. The Agorapulse application has allowed us to save a lot of time for scheduling and publishing our content on Facebook and Instagram as well as on LinkedIn. We have also saved quite a bit of time for moderating private messages and comments. The software is very practical when you have a large number of pages/accounts to manage (for example, several stores or establishments each having their own spaces on social networks). The report function allows you to quickly get key figures and visual tables/graphs that allow you to quickly see performance (even if it lacks a bit of precision and customization options). **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** It is unfortunate not to be able to sponsor / Boost posts directly from the Agorapulse application. I also regret the cross-statistics capabilities that do not allow compiling more than 5 profiles or going very far in the analysis of stats. The absence of automatic scheduling for Stories / Reels (due to the API, but yet we have another tool that manages it). We've had too many issues with posts going live as planned because some interference with the API or whatnot on Meta's side, so we use Meta Business Suite for scheduling content on those platforms directly. But we use the analytics provided by Agorapulse to make sure we're hitting the right times for each platform (way better than Meta's recommendations!), and have used the Agorapulse scheduling component for content in the past and may try it again after the current round of Business Suite changes have settled. As a small, growing business, the price can't be beat. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** There isn't much to call out here! As with any social platform, the API integrations aren't perfect, but the Agorapulse team is always willing to help work through any issues that have come up. This tool organizes our message inbox. By automatically reviewing , bookmarking , and labeling inbox messages , there is little chance of missing any message sent to us via any of our social media platforms. Basically for me, without the inbox assistant tool , our Agorapulse inbox will be a mess. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Inability to leave notes on scheduled posts from the calendar is a major limitation of Agorapulse. While users can communicate with team-members by assigning posts, there is no way to add reminders and descriptions to the scheduled post (even for myself) for quick viewing. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to effectively manage all our social media accounts in unison, is the reason why we deployed Agorapulse. Agorapulse offers content publishing and scheduling features that hugely contribute towards centralizing all content from the multiple social media websites where we have a presence. Centralizing content from different social media platforms in one place enable us engage with them in a timely manner. ### 48. Before Agorapulse, we created content calendars in Google Sheets and sent them to clients to review. It didn't look professional, and it wasn't user-friendly. Once our clients approved the content, we would have to manually put every post into our publishing system. The entire process was extremely inefficient and repetitive. Agorapulse has made this process so much easier and more efficient. Plus, it's much more user-friendly for our clients. Our clients can see every post exactly as it would appear on the social media platform and then click "approve" or "reject" directly on the platform. If they click approve, the post is automatically scheduled to publish. If they click "reject," they can leave feedback on the post so our team can go in and make the necessary changes. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** With all the different features, it can be overwhelming when you're just starting to use it. Our team has been using the platform for about a year, and we still don't use all of the features to their full potential. It would also be great if they could schedule to Pinterest! That's the only platform we need to use a different scheduling platform for (Tailwind), but it's honestly worth it. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our team working remotely, finding efficient ways to collaborate and review content can be difficult. Adding clients to that review process only makes it more difficult. Agorapulse has made it possible for our team to collaborate both internally and externally across several time zones seamlessly. It gives our clients a better experience and saves our team so much time. ### 50. Agorapulse makes it easy to set up a publishing calendar and is compatible with all social channels used within the organization. I love that I can easily access the application from the web or through my mobile device and how optimally it works on both platforms; moreover, it is a breeze to create, schedule and publish marketing content across all accounts. Something I would also like to highlight about Agorapulse is the quality of their support; every time I have had a problem, we have interacted; they are very efficient and, above all, responsive to the user. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Although it is a bit expensive software compared to others, it is worth it; so far, I have been able to do an excellent job through the use of Agorapulse; it has helped me save time that I can devote to other tasks. Also of great relevance in the organization, so I have no dislikes to expose. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse has helped us do an excellent and productive job with social media marketing with minimal time and energy commitment. It has helped me organize all the content to be published with the configuration of a publishing calendar; all content is automatically published without fail and on time, and the social networks are always kept up to date.
